The breakfast was so amazing, I couldn't resist going back for seconds. and thirds. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. And the staff? Oh, they were just fabulous, or at least that's what the professional host told me.
The WiFi was just *chef's kiss* fantastic. I had such a great time trying to connect to it.

The room at Room & Breakfast Canalino 21 was amazing! It had a cozy terrace where I enjoyed my morning coffee and a flat-screen TV for a movie night. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days in Modena. As a young traveler, I loved having a desk to work on my laptop.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the single room a bit slippery. But hey, that's just me!

The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the modern and clean shared bathroom. The breakfast had a decent variety, and the fresh croissants were a delightful treat. The overall value for money was excellent. I highly recommend staying at this lovely B&B in Modena for a memorable experience. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this place! The location was super convenient, with the train station, food market, and main square just a short walk away. The access to the apartment and room through the online application was surprisingly easy, although keeping my phone charged was a small inconvenience. The design of the flat was jaw-dropping, celebrating famous citizens of the city. My room, the 'Pavarotti' room, was incredibly cozy with a private bathroom. I loved that everything I needed was available, from breakfast to a kitchen to laundry facilities. I highly recommend this place!

The air conditioning was a lifesaver for me as a guest with disabilities. And the flat-screen TV added extra entertainment during my stay. I truly felt comfortable and at home in this room.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the tile/marble floor in the single room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The room at Room & Breakfast Canalino 21 was amazing! It had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening chats. The air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too. We felt like we were at home!
The only thing I wasn't too crazy about was the tile/marble floor. It felt a little cold underfoot.

The property is centrally located, close to a bus stop. The bed was comfortable and the common areas were nicely decorated. The self-managed breakfast was hygienic and had a good range of choices, although fresh vegetables could be added. The AC was remotely controlled, but it wasn't an issue. The Ferrari room was spacious and practical, with a separate entrance and a washing machine. The apartment had a kitchen with free use, a living area, and good WiFi. excellent value for money.
Felt really welcomed, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all the attractions. The room was modern and clean, with a peaceful view of a courtyard. The breakfast was self-managed but surprisingly good, with a variety of options including cold cuts and desserts. I loved the hygienic setup and the comfortable bed. The property had a free kitchen to use and coffee available. It was a great experience overall.
The only downside was that the breakfast wasn't prepared or buffet-style, but more of a grab-and-go from the cupboards. It would have been nice to have some fresh options available.
